The Basics
All orders are subject to acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions and your acceptance is expressed through the Payment of your order.
This site is owned and operated by ‘Twizle'. All Content is protected by English and International Trademark / IP (Intellectual Property) & Copyright laws. You may not reproduce, recreate, adapt, copy, post, publish or otherwise use the content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
All and any information provided by you to ‘Twizle' will be treated in strict confidence with respect to our Privacy Policy and according to the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act.
Twizle reserves the right to change the following Terms and Conditions at any times. All changes will be communicated on either of the following www.twizle.co.uk or www.twizle.com . The new Terms and Conditions will come into effect immediately thereafter
Warning!
Whilst we encourage creativity with the provision of different images for our Team to Twizle, you are strictly forbidden to e-mail / upload or order images which contain any of the following:
- Racist Material
- Obscene Material
- Defamatory Material
- Any Material infringing Trademark / Copyright / IP (Intellectual Property) Rights or any other Proprietary Rights of Third Parties
NB: We recognize certain ‘Naked / Nude' imagery as Art – images that fit this description will be processed at the discretion of Twizle Management
If you are sending your image / drawing / negative by post we recommend taking a copy and sending in a hard-backed envelope via Recorded Delivery – especially if the picture is of sentimental value!
Guarantee, Cancellations & Damages
Due to the bespoke status of Twizle (have we mentioned anywhere that every single piece is 100% unique?!) items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned
Any items lost or damaged in transit (except for 'your photos or your art' items) will be completely refunded. Take a quick snap of the damage, make sure you keep the packaging as found and notify us immediately (within 24 hours) of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund
We offer a full money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your ‘Twizled' image (We hope this is never the case!). If this is the case, please inform us either via phone or using a Contact Form on www.twizle.co.uk / www.twizle.com BEFORE approval of your Twizle image i.e.: before we produce the image on canvas.
Delivery
Where possible we would like to guarantee a delivery within 14 working days, unless otherwise specified. We do however rely on a Third Party Delivery Company therefore accidents / local disruptions may affect this service. We only use the best partners in the business to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your ‘Twizle' Masterpiece – if you encounter any issues with any associated service, please let us know.
Final Thought
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
